• Account information — your name, email address, job title, company, role, profile photo, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Project content — projects, tasks, milestones, documents and drawings you upload, comments, discussions, daily site reports, photos, and approvals.
• Telegram data — if you connect the Telegram bot, your Telegram user ID and username, used solely to link your account and accept site reports.
• Usage and technical data — log data, device and browser information, and IP address, collected to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To enable collaboration between members of your company workspace.
• To send service-related notifications (e.g., approvals, mentions, assignments).
• To respond to support requests and demo enquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How your information is shared

Your project data is visible only to members of your company workspace, according to the role-based permissions you assign. We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run the Service, including:

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Telegram — only if you choose to use the Telegram bot.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data storage and security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law.
