Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ArchiteChain(the “Service”), operated by V.BuildCC Design & Construction Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ArchiteChain is a project delivery platform for architecture and construction teams, providing project, task, milestone, document, communication, daily-report, and client-portal features. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of any company workspace you create or join.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with their normal operation.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the projects, documents, reports, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. ArchiteChain is a project management tool and is not a substitute for professional engineering, legal, or regulatory judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Cambodia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
